Default Need some Floridian car insurance help

We will be spending the winters in Ft Myers soon, out of the cold north.
Would like to register the Vette in Florida, but can't seem to find any
insurance that is reasonable. Anyone have any good leads for clean
record drivers???

I use Amica. They don't really advertise but have one of the best overall and customer service ratings in the country

I inusre my 87 vette, my daughters 89 Volvo (she's 19), wifes 2001 Volvo S80, and my 89 Landcruiser with them and love the rates

I agree with ^. If I move to North Carolina my rates would be half what they are here! Florida is becoming a very expensive state to live in!

USAA (for active, retired, dependents, or family of military personnel) has excellent rates and awesome service. They are based out of San Antonio. Hope this helps.

What year is your Vette? Rates vary a great deal between newer Vettes and classics.

I had Regressive, I mean Progressive. Got rid of them quicker than an hooker with Herpes

Saved about $300+ /month by doing so and got better (higher) coverages with Ameca.

I hope you've had better experiences with them than I did? For the most part thier customer service was....well....what customer service?
