Is it just me or is business slow for everyone?I know every year its slow about this time of year but I've had to check my phone to make sure its working it hasnt rang in a week.So whats it like for the rest of you?
 
We own drug screening labs and just had to add a second shift at both of them. It's a shame that we even have to be in business but I guess it's just a sign of the times.
 
I'm slow as most of the nation ,but i'm optimistic.
We've applied for a trade mark .It'll be a low energy commercial building system.The time seem right.Anyone needing a 30,000 sq. ft. garage pm me please.
 
I didnt think it was doing so bad, we have been hammered through the holliday season (usually slow then)
But allot of our freinds arent doing so good with theirs.

Just a thought maybe we should have a services thread were people can post what their bussniess are and what they do, Kind of Like a corvette brother directory.

Business is very slow for us (hardware). It usually is around the holidays but even more so now. Whether it's the economy, gas prices or whatever, people just aren't spending money like they used to. I heard a report on the news that retailers took a hit over Christmas too. I had lunch at a Waffle House today. The waitress said that a couple of days ago, over a 10 hr shift, they only took in $85. The manager is sending people home early because there's no business. :shrug01:
 
Oddly enough, people still seem to be buying corn snakes from me. NO explanation for that one.............. :crazy03:
 
I'm a claims Adjuster for aftermarket Auto, RV and Motorcycle service contracts and we are SLAMMED!!! we've hired 4-5 people in the last month and the HR dept sent out a memo about a 42in TV if we bring in a new hire that lasts 90 days!!!
 
I wish I was slow. I'm sick and tired of running around and I'm backed up three weeks on my paperwork!!!!!!

We're definitely "in season" in healthcare. Unfortunately, people keep getting sick so there's always work in the medical field :yesnod:
