The time has finally come

Well Yesterday we finally closed on our house in Naples (only took about 2 years). Today I got the truck loaded and ready to be picked up, and my daughter and I will be flying down on Thursday.
I have a uhaul reserved for when we get in so we can pick up some mattress’, TV and gas grill. Then my wife will meet us there and we can spend a few weeks working on making it ours.
We will be driving a car down to keep there latter this year. I’m also considering bringing down the Vette to keep there.


We are so looking forward to this. We move so much, it will be nice to have a house that we expect to keep for a while.

thanks all! So far things have been falling into place pretty well. Yesterday I rented a uhaul and ran around picking up things like beds and a gas grill. There sure are a lot of Vettes out and about. I met a guy driving a 40th Anniversary at Sam's club. I thought he wouldn't mind me parking my truck next to him.

Now all I need is a chair to sit in and life would be perfect
