electric fans not coming on

help ... im going nuts with this !!!!! when temp. rises cooling fans do not come on , im currently having to turn the a/c on to engage fans to cool motor back down . ive replaced the temp. cooling fan sending unit behind the dip stick , the cooling fan relay on the side of radiator , any suggestions ?????
