differential lockup
hey all, a friend of mines son drives a 91 jeep wrangler and the wheels locked up. im good friends of his mother (works in my office) and said i would try and help him out. they think its the differential thats locked up. ive never heard of that happening, i thought if your differential was shot, some of the gear teeth had broken off inside and the wheels would slip and grind. any suggestions of what to look for or other possibilities? id like to look at the parking brake, but beyond i cant think of much else. any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks
