Corvette/GM Cruise to Clewiston Inn for Sugar Fest. April 19th!!

After speaking with the new owner of the Clewiston Inn, we have been invited to have a seperate parking area at the 22nd Annual Sugar Festival. There is a huge classic car show, live bands, food, entertainment, etc at this event. I would like to coordinate a statewide "cruise in to the inn!!!"
Date: Saturday, April 19th
Location: Clewiston Inn 108 Royal Palm Ave, Clewiston, FL 33440 - 863-983-8151
Time: Arrive at the inn by 11am.

We will Have a cruise group heading north from US 27 and I-75. That group will meet in a few different areas and come together on US 27. Additional information will follow!!

I ask any clubs, groups, or organizations throughout the state to contact me so we can coordinate multiple cruises from different parts of the state. If you would like to help me with the southern cruise, please call or e-mail me as well. My cell is 954-605-5558. e-mail clark.mc@hotmail.com.

After this cruise, a date will be chosen for an Annual cruise to the Clewiston Inn!!!

After this event, we would like to invite all GM manufactured cars and Corvettes to cruise to Moroso Motorsports Park to support and/or participate in the Horsepower Sales Corvette and GM Challenges!! It's a easy ride up US 27 to the track. This is a chance for many to take your cars down the drag strip to "legally" see how fast your cars really are. If you don't want to run, you can watch as the Challenge gang show you how great the sport of drag racing is with such fine automobiles. So, forget about work and "honey do lists" and book the day as a car day!!!!!
 
Will be going to Corvettes @ The Port that day otherwise, I would be the first one there...Maybe next time. Good Luck with your event...The ironic part, I live 1/2 hour away...

I should have a date posted right after this cruise event. I want to pick a date with the owner of the Clewiston Inn that will work best as an annual date. That way we can build it to something big over the years. If anyone has a suggestion for a date, please respond!!
 
Looks like a blast for sure but..........we're already

committed to the CKCC Port show as well.
Where is Clewiston anyway?:nonod:
