I checked the weather on the computer today, it says 0% chance of rain.
I fill the bucket, and get my towels ready and it starts raining:banghead:
 
It's been seven weeks since we had rain in my part of Pasco county, and i figure we will go dry until maybe June.

The jetstream is displaced way to the north, so the northwest part of the US will see a wet winter, and the very Northeast US will see a snowy cold winter.
