Child size Corvette for sale.

Hi all,

My name is Ken Shipley, I live in England.

About 25 years ago I purchased a child size '55/56/57 Corvette with the intention of shipping it back to England to restore and show. The logistics of getting it home proved not to be cost effective so it still resides in Jacksonville in the care of a friend.

The car is about 5 or 6 feet long, with a rear mounted Briggs &Stratton petrol engine. The body has been restored and painted to a very high standard but the mechanical parts are still to do. The seats are in excellent original condition.

I'm led to believe they were available from the Chevrolet dealers the time.

I hope to be visiting Jacksonville on April 22nd and 23rd and I'm looking to sell the car to a good home, I wondered if you or your members might be interested or know of someone else who may be.

It's in a packing crate at the moment so not easy to see but could be uncrate.

I had a price of $2000.00 in mind.
