I had to take my baby to the dealer today because the voice guidance system was acting up. I was somewhat nervous about it because it seems that the dealerships have poor customer service in general.
However, I was pleasantly surprised this morning at the Cox Chevrolet dealership in Bradenton. Their main tech who takes care of vette problems was stuck on an overextended problem with another car and offered to take me home via their shuttle service. When the car was finished, they called and offered to pick me up for a return to the dealership but I had my wife take me instead. The voice guidance is rather quirky and doesn't always follow the voice commands. We even took a new Nav disc and inserted it into a new car on the floor and the voice command still acted up.
I'm not sure the voice commands will work all the time but I was very impressed by the local dealership with their customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
