Its a non running project car. I don't need a detailed inspection. I just need to confirm;
1. That neither the frame or birdcage have rust issues.
2. That it has a vin tag that matches the title.
3. That the engine does turn over and isn't stuck.
4. I'd like to find out if the engine is original to the car.
That's about it. I'm happy to pay someone for their help. I've agreed to pay the seller his asking price as long as the car is as advertised. He wants the car gone, he's paying storage and has no interest in it. I know there are other parties who are pressuring him to sell them the car.
