The old Tampa RevXtreme shop is for lease....has 3 Rotary 2-post lifts, completly enclosed & climate controlled dyno room large enough for extended cab dually to fit, has the pit that our Dyno Jet 248X was in, shop is app 10,000 sq ft, entire shop is plumbed for air, elec, 110 & 220, and the air system has a 55 gal reserve tank, completely enclosed by 6' security fence w/3 strands barb wire on top & locking gates, large paved parking w/new sealcoat & stripes, new landscaping & awnings. We have extra workbenches for free (you haul) if needed as well. Landlord is looking for $4k a month. Good opportunity for the right group.
