No need for liscenses or upgrades this tuner is unlocked for all 97-03 LS1 and LS6 cars.
I have a complete LS1 Edit setup that comes with cables and install cd for your computer all in perfect condition also with usb adaptor. All you need is a laptop to start tuning as soon as you receive it.
This setup works on all 97-03 cars equipped with LS1 and LS6 engines.
This setup cost over $4300(would've been more had I not bought in bulk)
Great way for someone to save a huge chunk of dough buying used.
