My son and his gf will be transferring and continuing @ UCF and are looking for an apartment in the Winter Park area. Close enough to the Uni and enough out of Orlando. 1 bedroom, nothing fancy.

sometimes you can rent out an upstairs over garage apartment in baldwin park for around 1000/month. all utilities included.
