a different viewpoint about united airlines 3411

The airline had no way to know that the Doctor in question was a scum bag .

But the airline totally blew this one and they certainly mishandled the situation

'Yep they will send out a hand full of memos and have a few staff meetings and sweep it under the carpet .Other than a couple million in the out of court settlement it'll be business as usual .

Remember when someone says they are sorry ,they don't mean it .Only blowing smoke up your azz .
 
the airline didn't blow anything. they offered $800.00 to any volunteers. when no one jumped at that, they did a random computer generated seat selection. 3 of the 4 got off WITHOUT incident. dr dao decided to turn this into an altercation. no one from united airlines were involved in his removal process. what's even better is after they drug him off the plane, with his permission (when asked if he wanted to go to jail over this, his reply was YES!!), he RAN back onto the plane!!

 
And what has not been reported was that UNITED screwed up the crew scheduled . But that will be addressed in court that the incident would not have occurred if United had done their job .

Screw United and Police who beat up a 69 year old man .
 
Which is why I don't fly any more. The federal government had turned the airline business into a gestapo. The TSA seems to have absolute authority over everyone and everything, no questions or dissent allowed. And they expect me to PAY in order to be subjected to that kind of crap? I would rather walk.
