1954 Corvette stored in a school bus for 25 years!

SportsCarsUnlimited

One Stop Corvette Shop!
Hear are some pictures of a 1954 Corvette we found in and old school bus. It had been disassembled to be restored but then just sat sealed up in this bus for 25 years. 8 months ago We pull it out and reassembled it back to the way it was 25 years ago, Not restored just reassembled. Today it is running and driving like new. It will be restored some day but for now its just fun to drive.

WOW!!! That awesome. Where did you find it and how did they get it in there in the first place. Post of some pics of what it looks like now. Would love to see them.

The car was only 10 miles from my shop in Southport Florida just north of Panama City . Over the past 15 years i had heard stores about this car a 54 and two others a 56 and 57 corvette. They were all stored in school busies. We have all heard these stories before so i didn't think that much about it.
Then one day last year a lady came to my shop wanting to sell a 1954 corvette. That weekend we went to looked at the so called 54 Corvette and there it was. What a find. The other two cars have also been sold now, i missed them. I will post you some more photos.

I find it amazing that these kind of finds keep popping up. You'd think most of the incredible finds would be done by now. Just amazing...

Also - Greg is from that area, and heard the stories about corvettes being stored in busses hidden in the woods, he thought they were just stories:lmao:
