Yesterday me, Rick and George went for alittle ride around town,just to get out,nowhere special.But George started to have water pump problems,so he went home, left just me Rick.Was nice to get out with some friends,maybe we will plan something in the near future again.

Went out to the garage, fired the ole girl up, let her run for about 3 or 4 minutes, jumped in backed her up and could smell gas.
Looked in the garage and a puddle of gas 4'X2'.
Jumped out , pulled the hood, no gas under hood, looked under and gas pouring out of the gas line by the tank.
Gotta call a rollback and get her fixed up.
This was out of no where for sure.:shrug01:

New weiand pump the on way I dont feel so bad tough was origanal pump not bad for 39 years service

should be here this week can hardly wait tough
but in the mean time I glass beaded the fan blade and put 4 coats of paint on it the pulleys too
its was the bearing in the pump makin all that noise might try and rebuild it just for the sake of saying i rebuilt that never hurts to have a spare be good experiance too wonder where it can get the right seal
