This is kinda weird. I installed i.e. 7 on my computer yesterday and now I can't get any links to open up. By links, I mean videos posted on this site, slide shows, etc. One of them is a video I had opened previously when I had i.e. 6. Any ideas?

Mark:
My guess is your secuity settings need adjustments.
Read the Security Options on IE7:

ActiveX opt-in

Disable nearly all pre-installed ActiveX controls to prevent potentially vulnerable controls from being exposed to attack. You can easily enable or disable ActiveX controls as needed through the Information Bar and the Add-on Manager.

Security Status bar

Color-coded notifications appear next to the address bar to make you aware of website security and privacy settings. The Address Bar changes to green for websites bearing new High Assurance certificates, indicating the site owner has completed extensive identity verification checks. Phishing Filter notifications, certificate names, and the gold padlock icon also appear next to the address bar for better visibility. You can easily display certificate and privacy detail information with a single click on the Security Status bar.

What Jim said

Ive had my little issues with 7.. I use slimbrowser, it skins IE but I can keep a million pages open at one time.

Yeah, I'm about ready to dump IE and go on to Opera or FireFox..... :banghead:

After having a Trojan Dropper virus attack my IE a few months ago, I switched over to Mozilla's Firefox with no problems.

Hmmm...haven't updated to IE 7 yet...think I'll keep what I have. Works just fine as far as I'm concerned :yesnod:

Maybe now you can open those links you I posted
