Is there a company out there that takes in empty brass and reloads/ships for price? I have a ton of brass in .223 just sitting on my safe..dont have the time to start my own reloading.

Try Trophy, I see most ranges sell their reloads. Not sure if they'd reload ur's but worth the try.
