If it is as appears, I think for what $17k gets these days, it's not priced so wrong. Lot of crap out there going for more. Looks to be done right, that is if that type of mod appeals to you. Notice the FL rear plate and the (different) state front plate?
 
According to the pictures the quality of this build is on a very high level. In my opinion it can be worth even more. The owner could make a better promotion to attract more wealthy customers. The thing is one of a kind.
