C1 Banding leaf springs

I live in the Tampa area and need to find someone that can put the bands around my leaf springs before I reinstall them. I did try Tampa Spring but they could not use the kit I have from Corvette Central. Hate to use generic after buying the kit, but I may have to. Thanks
