Hello,

I just signed up and am moving to Ocala, FL next week. I scanned the internet and the phone book, but most of the time they don't give me the info I need. Here's the situation....I'm a pool player. At one time I was GREAT (no kidding). Now I just hit the balls and occasionally I'll catch a groove and be out from anywhere. I would like to know if there are any other members who appreciate a good pool room and know what kind of table and cloth they're playing on. IF SO, and you are from Ocala, Gainesville, Tampa or Orlando...Please advise which pool rooms to check out. Mostly interested in what's close, but may make trips to check out Tampa and Orlando.

Thanks,
Allen

Sorry Allen. I like playing pool (but rarely do). I never made it to the point of finding out what type of cloth I'm on. It's alot of fun though. Wish I had more time to be able to learn. I've been trying to convince the wife that we should get one. :crazy03: About the closest I come these days, is my shift knob that is the number 3 ball from the movie "The Adventures of Pluto Nash". It's a silver ball (to look like the moon) with a red number 3 on it.

I was at a buddies house for the superbowl last year and got whooped up on by his 7 or 8 year old daughter! She ate, drank and slept pool!
