Blue Dot?

O.K.
I guess this is a question for you NCRS types.
I have a 2008 ZO6. I took delivery in Nov. 2007. I have noticed a blue dot on the outside edge of the right-most tail light lens. The car is black so I have washed it many many times and the dot is still there. It seems to be a dot of blue paint. I looked at the other Corvettes in a car show this weekend and don't see this dot.

Does anyone know what this dot is there for? Has anyone else seen this dot on their Corvette? Was it put on at the factory? At the dealership?

I'm just curious.

I received a response from Rich Daniel.

He assured me that the Les Stanford dealership did not put that dot on the tail light lens.

I'm still stumped.
