Here is a suggestion I received from another individual.
When the dual climate goes out of sync, there is an easy procedure that works most of the time. Disconnect battery, reconnect battery. turn on ignition but don't start, turn both knobs full right (hot), then full left(cold). turn on engine and should be in sync. Unless there is a defective actuator.
Lee C from Tallahassee, Thanks for the help.

No,I think you have different problems than a actuator!!:shrug01:
But the very first thing I do with electrical problems is Clean and Inspect All Grounding points!:thumbsup::thumbsup:Bad Grounds make electronics do weird SH*T!

Diagnostic System Check - HVAC Systems - Automatic
Test Description
The number(s) below refer to the step number(s) on the diagnostic table.
Lack of communication may be due to a partial malfunction of the class 2 serial data circuit or due to a total malfunction of the class 2 serial data circuit. The specified procedure will determine the particular condition.
Determine if the HVAC Control Module, Body Control Module or Powertrain Control Module have set DTC's which may affect HVAC operation are present.
The presence of DTCs which begin with "U" indicate some other module is not communicating. The specified procedure will compile all the available information before tests are performed.
Answer Yes if the first 3 characters of the DTC name begins with B10; regardless of the last 2 characters.
