2001 C5 with Auto Electronic Dual Climate Control System. The passenger Temp Offset control does not adjust the passenger temp and the air is cold even when drivers side air is warm. The passener temp offset control is set to the highest setting (full clockwise). Any suggestions on problem and fix?

Pull the codes,Lets see what you have going on!!
I need them all History and Currant!!:thumbsup:

Turn the key to the ON position, but don't start the engine. Clear any present messages by pressing the RESET button. Hold the OPTIONS button down, and press the FUEL button 4 times. This will get you into the CODES section of the DIC. The computer will automatically display all the codes your car has created. It will cycle through each code every 3 seconds. Any code that ends in H is a history code (something that has occured in the past) but is fine now. Once the computer has finished going through all of it's codes, press RESET to enter Manual Configuration mode. It should start with a module and show "NO CODES" or "# CODES".

Here are the codes I recorded:
10PCM, no codes
28TCS, no codes
40BCM, 1 code B0432H
58SDM, no codes
60IPC, no codes
80RAD, no codes
99HVAC, no codes
AO-LDCM, 3 codes B2284H, B2282H, U1064H
AI-RDCM, 4 codes B2203H U1064H B2283H B2285H
A6-SCM, 1 code U1160H
BORFA, 3 codes U1000H U1255H U1064H

Here is a suggestion from another individual.

When the dual climate goes out of sync, there is an easy procedure that works most of the time. Disconnect battery, reconnect battery. turn on ignition but don't start, turn both knobs full right (hot), then full left(cold). turn on engine and should be in sync. Unless there is a defective actuator.

Lee, Thanks for the help.

Diagnostic System Check - HVAC Systems - Automatic
Test Description
The number(s) below refer to the step number(s) on the diagnostic table.

Lack of communication may be due to a partial malfunction of the class 2 serial data circuit or due to a total malfunction of the class 2 serial data circuit. The specified procedure will determine the particular condition.

Determine if the HVAC Control Module, Body Control Module or Powertrain Control Module have set DTC's which may affect HVAC operation are present.

The presence of DTCs which begin with "U" indicate some other module is not communicating. The specified procedure will compile all the available information before tests are performed.

Answer Yes if the first 3 characters of the DTC name begins with B10; regardless of the last 2 characters.
