Makes a world of differance when compared to the flimsy C5 stamped steel units and triple rigidity than the C6's.

Available in both 1/4 6061 for $199 and the 3/8" max rigidity for $269.

Question for ya. Is this price for the piece alone or install included?

Helps in rigidity stiffing the chassis. The C5's had a thin stamped steel unit which was upgraded to a 1/8" AL for the C6. Do a google search on how much they help and there are a bunch of info.

Yeah, the stock tunnel plate on the C5 is really nothing more than just flimsy sheet metal. If you are having the exhaust system done, or having the torque tube pulled out, this is definitely something to consider at that time.

Not that it's something that isn't a worthwhile mod in it's own right, but heck, if you are going to have to have the old one pulled down anyway, it would be foolish to NOT do this at that time.
