C4 Computer tuning close to Tampa

I am looking for someone to change my fan turn on temp from 227 to around 200-210.I have a 95 and was told this can be done without aftermarket switches.
If anyone knows someone that can do this close to Tampa let me know.

We have LT1 edit and are in Bradenton if you want.....low cost tweak.
 
I have a 95 what would the cost be to just change the fan turn on temp from 227 to around 205?
Tight on cash now maybe later I will adjust trans shifts and other tuning.
