Never been a Mustang owner but I sure liked the looks of this GT 500.

Very nice:thumbsup:

I was following one last night, same color and stripes....and a red Rousch today...both outstanding looking cars:thumbsup:

Check out his tag...too cooincidental;)

Yup.:yesnod: The owner was very cool. We talked for about 30 min. about our cars. His is a 2010 and he says they've made a lot of improvements over previous years. He says they handle a lot better in the twisties than before.

I love the tweaked front ends of the the mustangs. . still trying to grow on the ass end though. . . Nice car!

Beautiful car, I love them. Dick, I wasn't a fan of the new rear on them (really liked the pre-facelift tail though). Then I was driving behind one and it used it's turn signal. Which is freaking awesome, so it gets my seal of approval.

There was a thing on Jalopnik that was if people would choose a GTR over a GT500. I may be a big Nissan fan, but I'd personally choose this sucker. Just looks more aggressive, and the warranty isn't voided if you fart whilst on a road trip.:hehehe:

Though to be quite honest I still like the earlier Rousche. My neighbor has one and it's pretty sweet. then again, the batman spoiler could just be striking a cord with my inner ricer, so who knows?

Actually I've seen several Mustangs that I really like. And some have an exhaust sound that just raises goose bumps....

Yea... as much as not being a Mustang guy is an advantage, I can't help but be jealous of their exhaust note. I've heard maybe 5 Zs and Vettes with an exhaust note int he same league as some of these Stangs.

On the other hand, it's hard to hear that sweet note when they are behind you.:dancer01:

 Sweet car. A buddy of mine has one and when we park next to each other at work it looks HUGH comparied to my lowered C5 Coup.

I'm actually considering trading my 05 vert for a GT500. The Grabber blue and the white with grabber blue stripe (along with the color in these photos) are my favorites. First car I've seen in a long time that I prefer over the convertible version. If anybody knows of any on any lots in Northeast Florida, let me know.

I don't want anyone to take offense, but when I see someone driving a 6 speed/540hp car, I have to wonder what type disability they have that requires handicap parking.

Thought used to cross my mind as well. Honestly, sometimes still does when I see someone that "looks" healthy, exit the car.

I have to remember that a "handicap" can be more than an obvious physical malady.

I have a good friend and Desert Storm vet, that suffers from chemical induced issues suffered during the campaign (he was Army SF).

You might not notice it by looking at him, unless he's in a period where he's having balance or stability issues walking, that he has anything wrong.

When he can drive, he's always driven a standard shift, high HP car, usually a Camaro or Corvette. HIs present car is a vette.

The problem is...one piece at a time, he's slowly dieing:(

I'm truly sorry to hear about your friend. I have no doubt the gentleman with the Shelby has a legitimate disability. It wouldn't be smart to drive such a high profile car and use grandma's handicap sticker.

Also, I understand that the 2011 GT500 will have more HP and, in addition, get better gas mileage. That will enable it to shed that hideous "Gas Guzzler" tax that gets passed on to those that buy them.

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Could be random thing, but looking at the tag, I'm wondering if he's a disabled Sgt. either Police or military? Could be a "disability" without really limiting his ability to shift.

i have another friend (damn! where did all these friends come from?) whose a medically retired NYPD officer. Got shot in the ass trying to get away from a gunman:lmao::lmao:

He rides motorcycles and all that other crap...all the way to the bank to cash his disability check......makes more on NY retirement than I did as a FT cop!:D

Not sure what his disability was. He seemed OK walking around the car talking to me. Maybe he didn't realize he was in a handicapped spot?:shrug01:

Some disabilities don't manifest themselves physically, or at least not that may be obvious to the casual observer.:nonod:
