Corvette overload at Barrett Jackson's, West Palm Beach!!!!

Guro305

I was there. Who else? My brain is fried.

The Corvette boat was awesome and those Corvette Avelates....holy crap!!!! I never knew those existed. And the new Camaro, wow, I hated the design of that car on paper but seeing it in person........I'm sold. And all of those classic 'vettes.........:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I was there on Saturday and had a good time. I didn't quite understand some of the bidding for certain cars. There was a '59 Caddy, 2 door coupe that was a survivor type car and was very presentable and it did not even pull $20K. Clearly the muscle cars have really taken off. I was surprised at a '66 Chevelle SS 396 was sold at $67K. I guess the value of my '69 big block vert keeps going up!

I also agree that the new Camaro is better looking in person than the pictures that I had seen. There are more old Camaro design cues that were not apparent in the pictures. Not sure whether I love it, but certainly like it more than I thought I would.

Absolutely right! I can't believe any piece of s#!t rustang would sell for 190K like that '67 did. Just sick. The Caddy was a steal. The new 'maro, wow. I was so pleasantly surprised. Whtwlf, I do have some pix and would gladly share if you tell me how to post them.

Posting pics should be fairly easy, just click post reply, then under the window where you would type your message you'll see additional options click manage attachments then browse your pc for the pics to post. pay attention to the size requirements:thumbsup:

Here are a few of mine. That's my wife with the C6. I have no idea who the hell that kid is with the Camaro.
