Critter left tracks on my Vette

Zainoed my C6 last nite, today i noticed paw tracks going up my hood and on the top. Guess it was a cat, i leave my side door open on my garage during the day. First time a cat has done this since i moved here over 2 years ago!

Guess it was Impressed with the shine.
Kinda like new tennis shoes. When I was a kid, other kids would "stamp" them by stomping on them (leaving their mark).:shrug01:

The cat must have slid some, zaino is as slick as owl crap! You could see about a foot long trail where he jumped onto the car.

:banghead: Man I feel for ya! When we stayed in St Augustine, there was a cat (orange) that slept on my Black vert top

:banghead: . Hair was EVERYWHERE!!! Cool thing was...everyone (who staying at the B&B) that saw the cat on the Vette would run it off.

Oh,

Atleast the cat showed good taste... there was a black crossfire right next to our Vette, and it didn't bother it.

How many scratches did you get? Any cat jumping on a slick surface is going to try to get traction by digging in with it's claws.

I've found some tracks on the C5Z now and again and also on the C6. Seen tracks on Connies Silverado, too. Don't get me wrong, I REALLY like cats, as I always had a cat as a pet growing up, but this one is in severe jeopardy of losing some of it's nine lives if I spot it. Not to mention that we have birds roosting on our porch nearly every night that I know attracts the cats as well.

Yeah, I do like cats, but there are some things I happen to like better that they are forcing me to choose between. And knowing cats, they will not listen to reason nor logic......

We have a whole family of stray cats in the neighborhood and they usually migrate to our cars at some time or another. In fact, they tore up the soft cover Robert had on his vette while it was in the carport. Their claws dug into it as they climbed up it. We've got heavy, rain resistant covers on them now and so far all we see is fur where they have been laying. This morning one ran out from under my vette when I took the cover off.....
