Eckler's 'Open Benefit' Weekend

Just got back from a VERY hot, but wonderful show down @ Eckler's this evening.
Met yet some more new CorvetteFlorida.com members (and some old ones again) who came over and said 'hello'. Man is that cool to meet guys in person we talk to on-line.
Titusville Corvettes sure put on a nice event today and what a beautiful bunch of trophies they had to give away, all for the benefit of Spina Bibida.
What a laidback time I had driving down to Titusville and then returning home this afternoon in "Love". The hum of the motor and exhaust was music to my soul!:vette: and even in 95 degree temps on the return trip the water temp only got up to 195 degrees. What a relief to have the overheating problems behind me.:yesnod:

It's a kit reproduction. I'm not sure which company yet. :shrug01: I've directed him to the Mako Shark 2 Forum. These guys know every little in and out on these rare peices. But yes, it was a nice car and he's done a lot to it to get it back to show shape.

Yep...good time had by all at Eckler's!

Had a great time as well...with Ecklers' sticking it out and keeping their doors open almost the entire show. Got to tell some lies (stories??) with Mr. Blue and others as well! :hehehe: Heck ya'll, I even took home some hardware! Thanx Ecklers for a good time! :thumbsup:
