For Anyone Wishing to Visit Eckler's In Titusvile

Road Trip!
Decent Super 8 off exit 22 with killer mexican restaurant out front...15 minutes from Ecklers...Be warned, Ecklers showroom is smaller than an Autozone so not a whole lot to look at...They mainly take orders and only installations done are exhaust and theyare by appointment...You will have more fun looking through their magazine with a beer in hand in the comfort of your home than going all the way up there.

Wow. Thanks for the heads up on Ecklers. I was thinking of heading up there to see a large showroom with lots of stuff from the catalog.

Not so... Cancle Ecklers.

Yeah, Thanks for the heads up! Wow how disappointing

Pretty sad isn't it? I remember when going to Eckler's and meeting Ralph and Bobby, Rich Kramer and a few of the other fella's was a blast.
Getting the tour of their prototype's in the back room! The joint was flyin high back then

:shrug01:Yeah, been there, done that....Ecklers is a great source but their shipping charges make them non-competitive. I use only for things I can't get anywhere else...:yesnod:

Bygone days

Yes, the mighty have indeed fallen since Ralph sold out a couple decades ago.
The one advantage of going there (besides saving that hefty shipping charge, is to make sure you got the right part in hand before paying for it these days.
I live only an hour away, so it's not too bad to run down for an important item, though fuel costs today even make that an expensive deal.
Just can't win it seems. :shrug01:

As I understand, Ralph just won a court case where he has regained the right to purchase Ecklers back!! :yesnod: :dancer01:
