This is a brand new LMC5 module from Compliance Parts. It fits 1997 - 2004. It is in its original never opened package. Cost $38.00 Selling at $25 + actual postage. I purchased this and kept in in the car with some small tools in case I needed it. I never needed it. Complete step-by-step installation instructions are included. PM if you require any further info.
