A truly amazing car. I can't believe he has sold it after all these years. It ought to go to a museum.

Kudo's

Slow down.
While I DO have a small deposit on the Vette as of this month, it, by no means, is a 'done deal' yet. I'm hoping it does go through though because the guy in Kansas who is buying it is a multi-millionaire and will have the money to throw at LOVE and take it to even better levels of perfection that this poor old man just couldn't continue to do on a retirement income, especially now that 'Mrs. Blue' is also retired as of the end of the year 2008.
It is just 'time' to let it go.
Helath is not as good as it use to be and the body won't let me keep after the car like it needs constantly. You guys all understand the effort THAT takes.
After over 41 years, it will be missed and I wish I could just keep on with it, but I can't.
I thank all of you for all the love you have shown us over the years and the kind words you keep saying about my creation, Love Is Blue.:wavey:
