Go Rays !

The crowd and FANS were rocking yesterday especially after our rookie Evan Longoria became the first rookie to hit two homers in his first two at bats in a playoff game series!!! He is definitely a future hall of famer in the making. I can't wait to go back tonight for Game 2 and hopefully Kazmir will be in his groove tonight. :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Hopefully he will. He had 2 terrible outings the last 2 times he started. One of the starts was when Boston was here. Kaz was rocked for 6 homers before Maddon pulled him.
 
As usual Kazmir started our off pace but ended up doing great and the fabulous RAYS won again. I thought it was loud yesterday for Game 1 but tonight was definitely very very LOUD. :dancer01::dancer01::thumbsup::thumbsup:
 
Glad to see you got to go to the game. I watched some of it, great game. Now to send CWS home with their heads down , In their House.

I love baseball and am a fanatic Yankee fan but these Rays are awesome.
Would love to see them finish up the White Sox and then bury the Red Sox.

PS: The entire salary base for the Rays is 43 million. Derek Jeter and A. Rod's combined salary equals that. It goes to show that having the best and highest paid players doesn't always make the best team. The Rays have a way of leaving their EGOS on the doorstep and pkaying as a soldified unit!!!
 
I agree with all you mentioned except that ARod is the one with the ego problem, not Jeter. Derek has always been a standup guy. He plays hard every single time he is on the field and does it for the team not himself.
Lets go Rays.
