Just wanted to drop in and ALERT our member's and Guest, the 3rd Annual DAYTONA BEACH DREAM CRUISE IN is up coming this 22, 23, 24th of October.
I and wife Bonnee have attended this event for the past 2 year's, and tell all the Corvette folks in here reading this.......IT"S A BLAST and ton's of Corvettes from all the southern states.
The attendence is HUGE with Vwettes, but also every type and kind of ROD's you'll imagine.
Last year there were even AA/FD being driven on the streets , along with Funny car's licenced, and driven on the streets, the police were very cool and helped stop traffic so the Fuelie's could take 3 or 4 swings at turning onto other streets. The people and the carz and just BS-ing was great. And I do mean the ENTIRE A-1A and side streets jammed with car's and Rods of every kind................The Cost? FREE. the car show's FREE....entertainment for 3 solid day's FREE.........registration they photograph your car and then later mail the color photo to you FREE. Every year more pre registration, 2008 were some 1,200 and 2009 some 1,500 and I believe this year 2,000 expected is the number ?
