I received an invitation from Rich and joined the forum. My name is Joe and I have an 87 Red on red coupe that is an all original Florida car. This is my first Vette and my wife and I really enjoy driving it. I am not that happy with the horsepower output. I will be happy when I get her pushing around 350 or so horse. We are members of the Suncoast Corvette Association. We just came back from Carlisle PA for the Corvette show and it was awesome. Corvettes as far as the eye could see. They even opened up a new parking area up on the hill to make more room for the Vettes. I did not get to bring my vette because I went as a vendor selling auto detail products. I did get to sneak away from my booth so I could see all the corvettes. My wife was not too happy about it, because she did not get a chance to enjoy the show. Next year we bring the Vette and enjoy the show. I am glad that someone started a local Corvette forum. I look foward to chatting with the members on the forum and trading information.

Hi Scott,

Yes, I will be at the pier show on 9-2-06. My club (Suncoast Corvette association) is hosting the show. I will be there helping out. There are alot of Corvettes pre- registered and it will be a great show. I will be at all of the other Florida events. You can find me at the Flash table. Hope to see you there.:thumbsup:
