Depot SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yesterday, I went to home depot to find a Ballast for a light we bought from them 3 years ago.
Long Story Short..They still sell the light I have, but don't carry its ballasts. So the sales dude sells me a universal ballast stating it'll work.

Today.. I returned to home depot. Another guy in that dept said they don't carry the ballast I need, nor do they carry anything that'll work in the light. WTF ?
He then sends me to a few other stores telling me they should have them.WRONG!!! They didn't!
So I hop back into my F:2232censored:ing grass covered Vette (see other rant:D ) and head back to the home depot.
I went straight to the Svc. desk and said...I bought a light here 3 years ago, and you still sell the same light. I need a replacement ballast, You don't carry anything that'll fit my light. Your employee sends me all over town :vette: looking for one, there are none to be found! Why don't y'all get on the phone and special order one for me from the company that you get them from, rather than making me go thru this crap?!!!:toetap05: :toetap05: :toetap05:
They called the company and tell the Svc. desk lady that I have to call them.
They Won't deal with Home Depot directly :ahh: :ahh: .
So I get home and call. After 20 minutes of recordings :mah: , I finally talked to a person and got the ballast ordered!:dancer01:

If you did not have bad luck, you would not have any luck at all!

Unless I need something NOW, I try to buy as much as I can off the internet. I have less problems with ..uninformed, ..noncaring, ..don't give a shit employees. This works for me, keeps my blood pressure in check and I don't get grass on the driver's side of my Vettes! :rofl1: :rofl1: :rofl1:
