Looks like I won't be able to make it.
Vicki was sitting at a light on 14th St W when the guy in front of here decided to back up over the nose of the car. The driver got out and Vicki asked if he was insured, he got back in and drove away. Vicki was so upset she didn't get a plate number. None of the other people would say they saw anything and the police wouldn't come to the scene, she had to drive to the police station.

I also won't be making the trip to Sebring for the test next week.
