Sorry, but this is just doing some testing. That color scheme is the plain vanilla default for vBulletin. Unfortunately, some program code is not in that "skin" so I really can't keep it. Matter of fact, I just switched back to the original color scheme.

I need to see if in fact some of the issues with slowness are tied to this skin's programming.
