Everyone, it seems, wants a piece of DeLorean these days.

</p>There’s the Texas company led by former Karma Automotive executive Joost de Vries that’s planning an updated EV version called the Alpha5.

Then there’s Classic DMC, run by a Liverpool mechanic named Stephen Wynne who bought the DeLorean name and the original company’s parts inventory and factory drawings back in 1995.
