you've seen all mods, tips, repairs.
Approaching the redneck side of mods/tips/repairs of your Corvette, I think I came up with another one of those "just when you think u saw it all" fixes to your favorite car and mine!!
When visiting Corvette Interiors Plus (Titusville), Ron had received in a 1997 triple black Corvette that was stolen earlier this year, yet was recovered. Whoever the thief(s) was/were, they decided not to treat the Corvette very well thus causing damage to the car in multiple locations. However, the thiefs were evident of the fact that if they wanted to continue using the Corvette, and at night as well, they needed to repair some damage they had caused the car in order not to raise any 'suspicion' at night.
Note the right headlight area....yep....thats a mayonnaise jar surrounding whats left of the headlight bulb...and it worked! Attaching the jar to what was left of the assembly was blue painter's tape and 2 sticks that propped up the light and taped underneath to get the 'headlight' to remain straight. Pretty much how u see me holding the unauthorized GM modification, is how the car was received...the entire assy was gone vice the bulb!! :lmao:
