L-83 Crossfire Injection Tuning/Modding shop

A friend of a friend owns an '84 with the L-83 crossfire injection. Do we know of a good wrench turner in the Tampa Bay area that works on these?

P.S. I took a look at one of my Vette books called "Corvette. Fifty Years" by Randy Leffingwell. An interesting note in the book on the L-83 from 1984.
"While the factory quoted 205-horsepower output from the 350 cubic-inch engine, racers knew they had closer to 350 horsepower under competition tune."
