C5 LS2 throttle body to an LS1

I am using a fast 92mm manifold. The trouble is that C. Harwood cut my harness wires to the throttle body so I will have to order the correct pigtails to hook it up.

Well all the wiring has been finished and my car sounds pretty good after being down for 10 months.Only thing left is a few minor things. It will finally be back home on Monday.

Yahooo!!! :thumbsup:

I guess you probably need to clear out a parking place by now.

Yes it is all good now. As soon as the alignment is done I can finally bring it home after 10 months. Will break it in for 500 miles then get the final tune done on it.:crazy03:

MY CAR IS FINALLY HOME!!!!!! Need to get some tuning issues taken care of before I drive it too much. For right now adjustments to the tune that's in there.Will get in dyno tuned as soon as I get some miles on it. I'm just gald to have it back.

Yahoo!! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

About darn time. I hope all of us can put the unpleasantness behind us real soon.

Me too Rich. I was believing that I would never see this day.

Yeah, it's like being in an apartment building with an octopus living on the floor above you. The waiting for the other shoe to drop seems to never end....

How does in run, even with the old tune?

It needs some work on the tune to make it better for normal driving. It surges and the rpms drop when coming to a stop. Other than that it drives good. I think if there was someone with EFILive and a lap top they could get it pretty close to being very drivable. I talked to Wes but he doesn't have any experience with C5's. I might have to ask on here if anyone lives close by to do the check of my tune and make the needed changes without putting it on a dyno.

Phil w/Tampa Tuning is down here, but he can tweak it right on for you for low $$. I trust his work...you won't be disapointed. :thumbsup:
