Does anyone have first-hand experience with a good window-tint installer? The Daytona / St. Augustine area is preferred, but I'll travel for a good job/good price. I'm looking to get either the Llumar CTX, or Suntek CXP. Thanks.

I've had the windows on a few vehicles tinted here locally, but that would be quite a haul for you to come out this way. Honestly, I watched the process several times, and it doesn't seem to be that tough for someone even mildly competent to do well.

To me, installing window tint is like installing vinyl siding on a house.

The easiest job to be done wrong.

I think someone who has done a half dozen window tints probably knows all there is to know about how to do it properly, so finding someone who can do the job for you locally should not be tough to find.

Which reminds me, I have to get the driver's side window on the blue C5Z done over sometime. When the car came out of Aaron Scott's shop, obviously someone there gouged a hole in the tint, and it's just not been high on my priority list to take care or. The guy that has been doing the tint for me has moved, but really just a but further down the road from me. Also want to get Connie's truck and the Jeep tinted as well sometime.
