Andy: This is from the site. My foam amd felt completely fell apart. checked into redoing in leather $400, GM Parts wanted $250, on a whim I tried this site.

OH YEAH! Lotsa leaves and small branches in the backyard, but no damage to the house,
and never lost power. Our daughter, son in law and grandson live 2 streets over, and they came
out of it exactly like we did. Bunches of rain with wind gusts of 50 MPH, heck.....,
I've been in worse storms in Florida. I do have to say that the "eye" of Irene passed about
150 miles to the west of us, so we didn't feel the full force of it. It was also downgraded
to a tropical storm before it got here as well. There are a lot of trees down, and quite a few
people are still without power, but it could have been MUCH worse. I'm thankful it
was no worse because there would have been much more damage.

one of my shades just fell apart. they are very cheaply put together. quality wise, they are right next to the ones i took out of my trans am. cloth and cardboard with a chinsy plastic mirror. that said im considering taking the other one out. anyone know of a part that i can put into the receiving socket of the shade to clean it up. i like the look of no shade, however its somewhat nice in that it covers the targa top relese handles. not sure what im going to do with it yet. i saved all the hardware when my shade fell apart, im open to any suggestions. thanks
