New wheels and tires for the C5Z... decisions, decisions...

Wheel well area looks like new. You ever drive that car? I have no way yo lift my car up to get under it and clean it good in that area.

Yeah, a lift does help with cleaning in areas normally hard to get to.

Plus I wound up replacing all four hubs, so I had opportunities to REALLY clean it up in those areas with it all taken apart.

BTW. I weighed the sand I vacuumed out around the rear brake cooling vents. Nearly 10 pounds.... :ack2: When I lifted up the vacuum to put it away I nearly fell over top of it not expecting it to be that heavy.

Took the car out for a drive to day, and the new wheels and tires seemed just fine. No vibration, and the car sure does feel sure footed on the pavement. Not that I did anything beyond just normal street driving, of course.

But at least nothing fell off. :)

Oh, and not a peep out of the drivetrain, neither.
