I actually got to meet him and talk with him four or five years ago at Road Atlanta.It was while I was working at MTI we were running the Summer Nationals in SCCA T1 class and he was there running his then GT1 Camaro.It began to rain as the cars took the green flag and everyone pitted and took on rain tires and he went on to win that race.Mr.Newman was one of the greatest actors ever he was a great humanitarian and was a great man to talk to.He treated me like a person and I never felt like he thought he was better than me.
I have and always will respect and admire Paul Newman
