Sebring Corral

Has anyone heard if there is going to be a Corvette Corral at Sebring in March '09
I know the chances get slimmer each day.

I believe you are right it looks like they are going to have it. I called this morning and asked them and they told me as far as they have been told there will be a Corvette corral. I am going to go this year because it may be the last time for the corral. Maybe we can all get together and do something as a group. It would cool to put names with faces. This way it just costs us the price of the admission. ANyways its a good excuse to party :dancer01:

I love Sebring .If they actually had air service in and out i'd buy a house there.

Anyway ,if i'm not in Denver ,i'll be there (Sebring ).I'll know my March schedule next week.:D Denver sounds cold :ack2:

I think I'll be going for the first time. Part of the reason why, is that the Corvettes will not be racing in St. Pete this year. I'll probably do the corral for myself and possibly my wife for one of the four days. She has absolutely ZERO interest in racing, so it'll more likely be Wed-Fri. I don't think I want to drive 100 miles each way each day, so I may have to stay out there.

Sound off if you plan on attending any/all of the days.

I'm really going to put my Nikon SLR through the paces this year. I broke it last year at the St. Pete GP

I wouldn't mind seeing the races but I feel like the prices are too high. We saw the Indy 500 and had seats on the main stretch for half of what Sebring is charging. The Corral price seems way out of line too. I guess the state of the economy is getting to me.

:nonod:I'm afraid I agree....just in a pi$$y mood and don't want to spend any moneya:shrug01:

I'm not really one to spend a lot of money, but this doesn't seem like too much to me. Maybe I have no comparison because I've never been. It's certainly more expensive than St. Petersburg, but there was no corral there.

I don't mind spending the money its only once a year and it is quit an experience. But I understand with the way things are its hard to cough up two to three hundred bucks  and more for food and snacks, if you don't bring your own. I bring every thing I can get into that vette and more.
Does anyone know where the corral is going to be at the track?? I haven't been in a few years and cant remember where it was. Just getting old I guess :shrug01:
