Now that we know you're OK and still hanging around, are you an undercover moderator? Get it? Undercover. :rofl1:

If not, then I guess you're just another member that we can pick on. I may start with a Toyota. :D

Mod or not Bob, I'll always be "just another member":thumbsup:

Pick away:D

Now, if you're talking about my DD, that's a SCION (yeah, it's a Toyota stepchild):D

If your talking about my truck, that's a raised, 6k+ all stell (no plastic) elephant chaser with big assed brush bar and bad brakes....I'll be right behind ya:lmao:

...now, go ahead:toetap05::D

Are you saying it's not a Toyota? Naw, you can't be saying that! :D

I just hapen to have a 7K+ elephant chaser of my own. I don't know how well it would hold up to a rear end collision by another elephant chaser so maybe I could help you put brakes on that sucker. On second thought, if you don't hit the brake pedal it wouldn't matter. Hmm, I think I'm getting the big picture. :ack2:

It's definately a TOYOTA:thumbsup:

It's a Landcruiser....most owners call them landcrusers, or crushers for short:D

A big, heavy, slow movin', gas guzzlin truck! Thing will go just about anywhere.
The sayin' is, it won't be the first to the party, but when the weather and road goes to hell, it'll still get you there and back:thumbsup:

Used to be my DD, buit @ 9.5mpg any way I drove it, and fuel hitting almost $5.00/gal at the time, I had to opt for the vette or find something that got stupid good mileage. Sold the vette :( , found the Scion XD which fit my needs for business perfectly, and the rest was history.

It's been a tough little ride and I'm not easy on them.

When it takes a dump, I'll probably mod it all to hell, the pick up another :D

No brakes stuck gas wont shut off but it gets you there, Right:lmao:

Exactly:thumbsup::D

Well, ,actually it'll shut off. SOmetimes starting is a problem:yesnod:but when it does....4'+ water, downed trees, mud, hills, no problem:thumbsup:

It'll stop when it runs out of momentum...or gas:lmao:

Although I love the engine (it'll live forever), one day when I can afford it and don't mind it being down again, it'll get the heart of a Vette (or some other GM product-say VORTEC:D).:thumbsup:

That would make a great Toyota

Yes it would my friend:thumbsup:

There are several hybrids around on the 4WD Landcruiser site I visit. Most Vortec's but a couple of Ls's, more than a few SBC's and at least one Big Block 454:eek:

You'd be surprised (well, maybe not) how much fun these things are to drive with the right drive train.

And it moves the fuel economy up into a "reasonable" range, considering the weight and the "Brick Like" aerodynamics of the damed thing!

I'll try to link a picture of one similar to mine.

This one is very similar to mine. Hope it looks this good when it's finished:
