Man, "snow" is DEFINITELY a four letter word to me. I know many people think the white crap is pretty, but quite honestly, I could live happily ever after if I never saw that stuff again for the rest of my life.

Yeah man. Looks pretty in pictures, but when you are out shovelling it, getting it blowing down the back of your neck into your coat, worrying about frostbite on your ears while scraping it off of your car in the morning before going to work, driving in it when it is cold and icy or warm and slushy with salt mixed in, it kind of loses a lot of it's attractiveness. :thumbsdown:

Same thing with freezing rain. Looks darn pretty coating all the tree branches and everything, but if you are out driving when it strikes, it can ruin your day.
 
Crammer school I bounced between Florida and Northern Maine .In Northern Maine they never canceled school for snow,NEVER .Wind chill got down to -70 and we went to school every day.God I Cherish those warm sunny Florida school days.
 
Yeah, we're gping to be there for just under a week.
A day of skiing, a day of tubing, One day in the ER visits, then off to see Grumpy and back home:lmao:
 
26 BALMY degrees up here @ 0430 this morning! Looks like it's shaping up to
be another BRRRRRRRRRRRRRR winter :ack2:! At least we haven't gotten any
snow.............YET.........but it's on it's way. Put the lawn tractor away for the
winter and got the snow blower ready :thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown:. Buttoning up the house and
getting ready to remain indoors for about 5 months SUX!!!!! Can't wait to get back
to the warm weather in January and March.
