Well, my son finished college and got a great job. So first thing he did was go out and is buying a 1 owner 02 Z06 with 33K miles. Found it down here in Ft Meyers, and been doing paperwork from Virginia. The kid trusted me as he hasnt seen it in person. Well, for those whom know me. I'm an C3 guy. But i can say is DAMN. Those things are nice. Had to think twice about getting it for myself. Hopefully he's flying down Sat am and driving it back over the weekend. If not i get to drive it til he can get down here. Now u can see thats got me bummed out. LOL
Guess i can blame Tim, Joe, Corey, and the others he's seen over the yrs.

He's happy, between his company car and his turbo 260Z, this will be a weekend warrior

Congrats:icon_cheers:
Both on finishing college and obtaining a great job, and on the purchase of the vette:thumbsup:

Give him our best!

Now that he's got a Vette, convince him to join the CorvetteFlorida forum.
Congratulations all around. To him for jumping into the Corvette arena, and to you for doing all of the leg work for him. I hope you both enjoy the new addition.
Andy :wavey:

Thanks guys. I got a few questions regarding where he went to school.
Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, Ca. He got a nice job with Siemens Corp in DC area. Hoping to make it down here after 2 yrs up there.
He's flying in Sat. am. and were picking the car up and hoping to take both vettes to Hooters in Sarasota. If all goes as planned. I'll have him post photos after
